First-Order-Delay-Controlled Slip-Angular Frequency for the Dynamic Performance of an Indirect-Field-Orientation-Controlled Induction Motor-Driving Inertial Load

چکیده

Sophisticated torque-current control is required in inertial load-drive applications, such as electric vehicles and railway vehicles, over a wide speed range. However, the conventional indirect-field-orientation (FOC) lacks current response during transient because feedforward slip-angular-frequency causes secondary flux fluctuation. Therefore, this article proposes FOC with first-order-delay control, which reduces fluctuation realizes high-performance response. The proposed method was verified through numerical simulation small-scale model experiments 750 W induction motor an load.
